The promotion of project Regional Forum on market, investment and statistics – MIS and web portal forumtis.net will be held 27. of April in Hotel Europe in Sarajevo. During the promotion ceremony will be presented objectives and mission of Forum MIS. Regional Forum for the market, investment and statistics – MIS is regional informal network of government institutions, business and non-governmental organizations with the intention of action on development and promotion of the common market, regional investment and statistics. The Forum analyses the economic and social position of countries in the region, as well as trends in the capital markets, the labour market and goods/services market, statistical data, investments and other regional economic and social policies and indicators.
Also, Forum promotes the importance of regional cooperation and joint presence at the market in order to strengthen the position of the business impact and generally increase the competitiveness of businesses in the region.One of the instruments for the achievement of the Forum activities is the organization of annual conferences and round tables. Conferences are held annually and each year in another state with the intention of affirmation of specific projects in particular in areas of regional development: energy, agriculture, statistics, tourism, communications, investment, etc., which are of interest to the states in the region and partner institutions.Partners of the Forum are state institutions, business organizations and non-governmental organizations, namely: Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ministry of civil affairs of B&H, Alliance for Economic and Social Development Support “Horizon 2024”, Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, Sarajevo Stock Exchange, Agency for Foreign Investment Promotion of B&H, Republika Srpska Institute for Statistics, Agency for Labor and employment of B&H, European movement of Serbia, Foreign Trade Chamber of B&H, Civil service Agency of B&H and the Center for Support of Democracy and Economic Development.
