PROGRAM AND VENUE OVERVIEW
The languages of the conference are B / H / S and English. The conference will provide simultaneous translation for both variants.Conference on regional market, statistics development and investment opportunities will be held on 6th and 7th November 2017.
This is the first conference in the region that supports and affirms the cooperation of governmental institutions, international organizations, business sector and non-governmental organizations, with an aim to plan and cooperate in the realization of regional projects in the area of development of capital market, work, goods and services, development of official statistics, promotion of regional investment opportunities, and research and development in the fields of information technology, communication, efficient management and the use of economic and social resources, etc.Overall objective:
To contribute to enhancement of MIS (Market, Investment, Statistics) project – central project with mission to promote the importance of regional cooperation, joint performance on the market, regional investment and statistics.

Specific objective(s):
The specific objective of The international conference which is held in November 2017 is:
a) to develop a platform for cooperation of governmental, non-governmental and business sectors in the region.
b) to initiate the development of better business environment and to affirm the importance of investments in region.
c) to analyze competitiveness of the region.
d) to represent statistical data and analysis of economic and social indicators in the region in order to support the business sector and other users.
e) to present projects by areas for investors.

Target groups: Business entities, state institutions, investors, NGOs and citizens.

Conference will have 4 panels:
a) Market Panel,
b) Investment Panel,
c) Statistics Panel and
d) Research & Development Panel.
The panels will be led by representatives of institutions form region, as follows:
e) Market Panel will moderate dr. Tarik Kurbegović director of The Sarajevo Stock Exchange,
f) Investment Panel is planned to moderate Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presedent of TOBB ,
g) Statistics Panel will moderate dr. Miladin Kovačević director of Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia and
h) Research & Development Panel will moderate Dr. Sc. Mislav Balković dean of University collage Algebra.
Each of these panels will have one block at which representatives of private sector will have opportunity to present their projects. The topics and projects that will be presented at the conference are still not specified, for the same will be an open call in September, where representatives of the private sector will have the opportunity to apply in order to present their projects.

ACTION PLAN
Until 30th September – Final arrangement of the web portal www.forumtis.net for the conference, promotion and publication of promo video for conference, announcement and closing of the public call for delivery of the projects and the possibility for participation for companies in order to present their business and projects.
Unit 15th October – Meeting of the Forum MIS Council and adoption of the final Program of conference and Agenda.

The conference will be held in two days, 6th and 7th of November 2017, in the Hotel Holiday in Sarajevo. It is planned that presentations last about 10 minutes per participant. After presentations will be held mutual panel in which participants will have the opportunity to express their attitude, opinion and answer on questions. Both days of the conference have project blocks after thematic panels, where participants from business sector will held their projects. Presentations can be held in English or one of spoken languages in B&H (Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian). Simultaneous translation will be provided during the conference. All presentations shell be in English.

WRITING OF PROJECTS FOR EU FUND’S OPEN CALLS WITH FOCUS ON COSME PROGRAM
EU support has become a very important source for funding of projects, thus increasing competition between projects in public calls for grants.

At workshop that is planned to be held in November 8th 2017. you will have opportunity to find out what kind of projects can be funded through EU grants, where you can get information on open calls, eligibility criteria for participation and and how to prepare the application.

The purpose of the one-day workshop is to show participants how to prepare a successful EU project to apply for a grant from the EU program with a special focus on the COSME program whose aim is strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the European Union for the period 2014-2020. The funds of the COSME program are predominantly intended for small and medium-sized enterprises and national, regional and local organizations, entrepreneurial associations and institutions active in the field of incentives and promotion of entrepreneurship. At the workshop you will get the key information / skills needed for quality project preparation – from defining objectives to the design, implementation, budget and project results.
The workshop is intended for representatives of small and medium enterprises, national, regional and local organizations, as well as representatives of associations of entrepreneurs and institutions working in the field of incentives for entrepreneurship.

Do 30 septembra – Finalno uređenje web portala www.forumtis.net konferencije, promocija i objava promo videa konferencije, objava i zatvaranje javnog poziva za dostavu projekta i mogućnost učešća firmi za prezentaciju poslovanja.
Do 15 oktobra – Sastanak Vijeća Foruma TIS i svajanje finalnog Programa konferencije i Agende.
Konferencija traje dva dana 6 i 7 novembra 2017 godine i održava se u Hotelu Holiday u Sarajevu. Predviđeno je da prezentacije traje maksimalno do 10 minuta po učesniku. Nakon prezentacija održati će se zajednički panel na kom će učesnici direktno iznositi stavove, mišljenja, kao i odgovarati na pitanja. WORKSHOP
PISANJE PROJEKATA ZA KONKURSE EU FONDOVA SA FOKUSOM NA COSME PROGRAM
Podrška EU postala je vrlo značajan izvor finansiranja projekata te se time povećala i konkurencija između projekata u javnim pozivima za dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava.
Na radionici koja je planirana za 08. novembar 2017. saznat ćete koji projekti mogu biti finansirani putem EU grantova, gdje se mogu dobiti informacije o konkursima, koji su uslovi za sudjelovanje i kako pripremiti zahtjev za prijavu na konkurs.
Svrha jednodnevne radionice je pokazati sudionicima kako pripremiti uspješan projekat EU za podnošenje zahtjeva za dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava iz programa EU s posebnim fokusom na COSME program koji je namijenjen za jačanje konkurentnosti malih i srednjih preduzeća u Evropskoj uniji za period od 2014. do 2020. godine. Sredstva COSME programa su prevenstveno namijenjena malim i srednjim preduzećima te nacionalnim, regionalnim i lokalnim organizacijama, udruženjima preduzetnika kao i institucijama koje djeluju na području poticaja i promoviranja preduzetništva. Na radionici ćete dobiti ključne informacije/vještine potrebne za kvalitetnu pripremu projekata – od definisanja ciljeva do izrade, provedbe, budžeta i rezultata projekta.
Radionica je namijenjena predstavnicima malih i srednjih preduzeća, nacionalnih, regionalnih i lokalnih organizacija, te predstavnicima udruženja preduzetnika i institucija koji djeluju na području poticaja preduzetništva.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
The opening ceremony of the conference begins on Monday, November 6 at 10:30 am. If you are planning to attend the conference, please come earlier and thus avoid crowds in the last minutes. Registration of participants starts at 09:00 am. Participants must show their passport or ID card when applying on online.
On the first day of the conference, before the opening ceremony, will be held a press conference for the media.
Scientific sessions begin on Monday, November 6, at 12:15 pm and end on Wednesday, November 8, at 3:30 pm. The third day of the conference is a special workshop for a limited number of participants.

Sarajevo International Airport the largest airport in Bosnia and Herzegovina with direct flights from Zagreb, Belgrade, Ljubljana, Vienna, Munich, Istanbul, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Cologne, Zurich, Dubai, Oslo and Sharjah. Those coming from other cities will have to transfer in order to arrive by plane to Sarajevo.

Regional Forum on Market, Investments and Statistics – MIS, in cooperation with partner organizations, announces:
PUBLIC INVITATION FOR GATHERING OF PROJECTS AND PAPER WORKS
The subject of the public invitation is the gathering of projects and research papers that will be presented on International Conference on Regional Market, Statistics Development and Investment Opportunities which will be held in Sarajevo on 6th, 7th and 8th November 2017.

This is the first conference in the region that supports and affirms the cooperation of governmental institutions, international organizations, business sector and non-governmental organizations, with an aim to plan and cooperate in the realization of regional projects.
The conference covers four important sectors through thematic panels: Market panel, Statistics panel, Investment panel and Research and Development panel.
All legal entities and natural persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad (companies, local self-governments, public companies, institutions, non-profit organizations and individuals) are eligible to apply.

Types of applications:
– Market (analyzes and research on the conditions in the capital market, labor, goods and services; activities and projects that contribute to the increase of competitiveness; sustainable development in the region; possibilities of binding and cooperation of the business community)
– Statistics (the importance of regional cooperation of statistical institutions in the development of statistics in the decision-making process and the creation of economic and social policy in the region; using modern applications for collecting, processing and analyzing data; the importance of harmonizing statistical legislation with international regulations and practices)
– Research and Development (world development and research trends in all areas of interest: IT technology, education, development and use of databases, modern management, etc.)
– Investments (investment opportunities and trends in the region). Investment projects or research papers can cover following topics: Energy, Industry, Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technologies, Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Financial Sector, Tourism and Trade
The project should contain: profile and name; strategic plan (object, location of the proposed investment, goals, and key characteristics); business and financial plan; investment return indicator, paper works should contain all relevant methodological elements.

Evaluation of applications
The evaluation of projects and paper works is done by a commission appointed by the Organizing Committee of the Regional Forum on Market, Investments and Statistics – MIS for those applications that have fulfilled all the conditions and that are submitted within the defined deadline. The selected projects and paper works will be presented at the conference, to the eventual investors and other interested organizations. Also, for the first three selected projects, authors will be able to present them on their own. (Up to 8 slides and 15 minutes of time.)

Deadline for submission of projects is October 20, 2017.

Regionalni forum za tržište, investicije i statistiku-TIS, u saradnji sa partnerskim organizacijama, raspisuje
JAVNI POZIV ZA PRIKUPLJANJE PROJEKATA I ISTRAŽIVAČKIH RADOVA
Predmet javnog poziva je prikupljanje projekata i istraživačkih radova, koji se prezentuju na Mađunarodnoj konferenciji o regionalnom tržištu, razvoju statistike i mogućnostima investiranja”, koja se održava u Sarajevu 6., 7. i 8. novembra 2017 godine.

Ovo je prva konferencija u regiji koja podržava i afirmiše saradnju vladinih institucija, međunarodnih organizacija, poslovnog sektora i nevladinih organizacija s ciljem planiranja i saradnje u realizaciji regionalnih projekata.
Konferencija obuhvata četiri značajna sektora kroz tematska poglavlja, i to: panel tržište, panel statistika, panel investicije i panel istraživanje i razvoj
Pravo učešća na javnom pozivu imaju sva pravna i fizička lica u Bosni i Hercegovini i inostranstvu (privredna društva, lokalna samouprava, javna preduzeća, ustanove, neprofitne organizacije i fizička lica).

Vrste prijava:

Prijave treba da se odnose na sljedeće 4 oblasti:
– Tržište (analize i istraživanja o uvjetima na tržištu kapitala, rada, roba i usluga, aktivnosti i projekti koji doprinose povećanju konkurentnosti, održivi razvoj u regiji, mogućnosti uvezivanja i saradnja poslovne zajednice)
– Statistika (važnost regionalne suradnje statističkih institucija u razvoju statistike u procesu donošenja odluka i stvaranje ekonomske i socijalne politike u regiji, korištenje modernih aplikacija za prikupljanje, obradu i analizu podataka, važnost usklađivanja statističkih zakonodavstava s međunarodnim propisima i praksama)
– Istraživanje i razvoj (svjetski trendovi razvoja i istraživanja u svim područjima od interesa: IT tehnologije, obrazovanje, razvoj i korištenje baza podataka, modernog menadžmenta, itd.).
– Investicije (mogućnosti i trendovi investicija u regionu). Investicijski projekti ili istraživački radovi mogu se ticati sljedećih tema: energetika, industrija, građevinarstvo, promet i infrastruktura, informacione i komunikacione tehnologije, poljoprivreda, ribarstvo i šumarstvo, finansijski sektor, turizam i trgovina
Projekat treba sadržavati: profil i naziv; strateški plan (predmet, lokacija predložene investicije, ciljevi, ključne karakteristike); poslovni i finansijski plan; pokazatelj povrata investicije, Istraživački radovi trebaju sadržavati sve relevantne metodološke elemente i sadržaj.Ocjena prijava
Ocjenu projekata i istraživačkih radova, daje komisija imenovana od strane Organizacionog odbora Regionalnog foruma za tržište, investicije i statistiku – TIS, za one prijave koje su ispunile sve uvjete i dostavljeni u definisanom roku.Izabrani projekti i radovi će se prezentovati na konferenciji i prestaviti eventualnim investitorima i drugim zainteresovanim organizacijama. Također za prva tri izabrana projekta će se omogućiti autorima da ih po želji sami prezentuju. (jedna prezentacija može imati maksimalno do 8 slajdoba i 15 minuta vremena)

Rok za dostavljanje projekata je 20. 10. 2017. godine.
